Just before the new year, we explored the theme Who Am I? by diving into activities centered on remembering who we were as children and teenagers.
Through reflecting on our early years, we begin to see which traits have stayed with us and which ones have shifted or faded over time. This kind of introspection helps us recognize patterns within ourselves, our relationships, and our environments.
Our past experiences and choices have shaped our character, personality, values, and relationships. In this month’s activity, we’ll explore who we are now and start identifying the patterns in our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours.
The goal of these activities is to help us reflect on who we were in the past and how our experiences have shaped the people we are today. Let’s dive into the final Who Am I? exercise below:
