Welcome to your Deep Work Soft Landing activity for the month! I gotta apologize for the delay on getting this out this month - life been lifein' HARD and I’ve been really feeling like that chicken with his head cut off running around frantically not knowing which way to go, so I’m actually super grateful to be able to sit down for this moment and just type these words out to you and get this little exercise out - it really helps me stay grounded.
As I mentioned last month, over the next 2 months we will be exploring the theme of Who Am I?
We started this mini-series last month with unpacking who you were as a child and now we would like to build on that exploration by considering who you were as a teenager.
This series of videos between September to the end of November will support you in exploring who you were as a child, teenager and who you are today. The goal of these activities is to help you reflect on who you were in the past and what experiences may have shaped you to becoming who you are now.
